Once you are ready to go ahead with your project, please fill in our contact form or email us at hello@stammediahouse.com with as much detail as possible about your project. This will allow us to create a tailored quote for your consideration.

If we need more information from you, we’ll schedule a 15-minute discovery call to ensure a thorough understanding of the specifics and goals associated with your project.

Recognizing that each client has unique needs, we strive to meet your brand's goals by creating a customized quote and package based on the insights gained during the inquiry and discovery call.

During the pre-production phase, we will confirm production timelines, secure our production days and develop a mood board. If the shoot is taking place at the Stam Media House studio, we will request your products be mailed to us during this phase.

Depending on the project's scale, shoots may range from one day to a series of several days. Shoots take place either on-location with your business, or at the Stam Media House studio.

Upon the completion of our production days, we seamlessly transition to the post-production phase, with all post-production processes conducted in-house.

The final assets will be delivered through a Dropbox link, with one round of post-production revisions included in every project.
